During your consultation, Lloyd Hattingh (the owner) will personally address your questions and offer tailored advice specific to the vision you have for your custom home. Drawing on his 25 years of experience in luxury home building, Lloyd will highlight potential challenges and provide helpful recommendations. There’s absolutely no cost, obligation, or pressure involved, and you’ll leave with clear direction and greater confidence in your home-building journey.

Like most people building a custom home, you’ve probably been collecting ideas for months (maybe years). The Park Dev team take time to help you clarify and refine your ideas. And provide options as to the most effective ways to get the outcomes you want. We assess your land and optimise your design to maximise natural light, breezes, views, and privacy. And help you consider dozens of design alternatives including styling, comforts and conveniences, and building materials and techniques. This step includes DA Lodgement / Approval and provides you with a detailed design and preliminary construction estimate.

We continue to refine your design until you feel fully confident, guiding you in making your selections, and providing all details in a comprehensive fixed-price contract so you can plan with certainty. We arrange all construction documentation including Construction Certificate and Home Warranty Insurance, ensuring everything is ready for construction.

You will receive access to our Building Management Program so you can follow every step of your build in real time including slab construction, framework, external cladding, and roof. We then move inside with internal linings, electrical, plumbing, cabinetry, wet areas, painting and floor coverings.

When we hand you the keys, you can feel confident knowing your home has passed numerous quality control checks including a rigorous independent inspection. We will proudly show you every aspect of your home, explaining how everything works, and provide you with your Home Operational Manual. We will return in 1 month, 2 months, and 3 months for fine tuning. And provide local, priority support for all your warranties.
